What we collect
When you send the free rental analysis form, you give us your name and email address. You can also add a phone number, a property address and a message, and you choose whether you're a property owner, a tenant looking for a rental, or something else.
How we use it
We use it to answer your request, prepare your rental analysis, and talk with you about managing your property or finding a rental. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who else handles it
- Formspree processes the form and delivers your message to our inbox.
- Hostinger hosts this website.
- If you become an owner or tenant with us, your account lives in TenantCloud, which has its own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use analytics or tracking cookies. While you browse, your browser keeps two small notes for that visit only: whether you've already seen the logo light up, and which option to pick in the form when you follow a link about available rentals. They're cleared when you close the tab.
How long we keep it
We keep your request as long as we need it to respond and follow up. If you become a client, we keep the records needed to manage your property.
